Catching up on the last few months ....
Midland Counties saw Tara triumph in the breed securing her 17th CC & BOB under Mrs Einir Mattulla and then going on to a group shortlist under Frank Kane. Dillon was also show on Utility day and won his breed class along with a credible second in a good Puppy Stakes under Ann Ingram.
In early November Ed judged bitches at the British Dalmatian Club open show :o)
Next up was the Weimaraner Club of Scotland Ch Show, where we arrived bleary eyed after 4 hours sleep having been to a wedding in Preston the day before. Doug however managed to cope with a handler complete with hangover to win his 8th CC this year and went on to RBIS under Mr Richardson.
BUBA came next and although Dillon took 4th in Junior (his lowest place ever in breed classes) however he did win a good 2nd in a large Junior Stakes under Mr Stuart Plane.
Finally LKA, Doug stayed at home as the society charge an admission charge however his children held the side up with Gunalt Limitless of Braithwaite and his sister Gunalt Adoptable to Lawdey both second in their respective Minor Puppy Classes qualifying for Crufts at their first attempt! Dillon held up the home side winning Junior Dog under breed specialist Mrs Penny Willis (Dallyvista).
Over the last few months we have attended a few Open Shows with the Dillon winning Best in Show & Best Puppy in Show at Treharris, Olly has also been enjoying himself with Group 1 and Reserve Best in Show at Barry & Penarth and Bristol Dog Club, as well as BPIS at Treharris and both boys winning their respective groups at Bridgewater & District!!

Next up was the Yellow Labrador Club Championship show and Tara triumphed again with her 16th CC and RBIS, breed judge was Mrs Margaret Rooth (Greenworth). This is the second year in succession she has won the CC at this club show :o)
